Responsible for the Arbitration, Public Law and Public Contracts, born in 1962, Graduated in Law, Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon (Licentiate in 1985). Lectured Tax and Constitutional Law between 1984 and 1988 at the Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon and at the Autónoma University.
