Education: Graduated in Law, Faculty of Law, University of Coimbra (1995);  Post Graduated in Communication Law, Faculty of Law, University of Coimbra. Accountancy Course by INDEM – Instituto de Estudos para o Desenvolvimento Empresarial. Attendance of the “Master in Law and Management”, Nova School of Business and Economics (Universidade Nova de Lisboa), and of the Post Graduation in Public Contracts, Faculty of Law, University of Coimbra.
