João Sampaio integrated the mission of the Conselho Regional de Lisboa da Ordem de Advogados (Lisbon Council of the Bar Association) which held a meeting with the Secretary of State of Justice. The meeting was hel in the Ministry of Justice and was meant to assess the State Modernization Program called Justiça + Próxima ("Closer Justice").
